LeSheye’ Greene—better known as Da Pretty TruckHer RawChaos—is a professional truck driver, entrepreneur, and the woman behind Raw Chaos Dispatching & Logistics LLC.

She’s pretty in the face, serious about business, and experienced where it counts: behind the wheel of an 18-wheeler. LeSheye’ understands trucking from the driver’s seat, so she knows this industry requires more than booking a load and collecting a fee.

Her mission is to educate future dispatchers, advocate for drivers, and show others how to turn knowledge into income. She isn’t teaching from a textbook—she lived it, learned it, and built a business from it.

The Raw Chaos Story

From My Truck to My Business

Raw Chaos started on the bed of my 18-wheeler—with a laptop, a vision, and enough determination to figure it out.

While other people saw “just a truck driver,” I was studying load boards, rates, broker communication, and the business behind the truck. I wasn’t waiting for somebody to hand me an opportunity. I was preparing to create my own.

That preparation became Raw Chaos Dispatching & Logistics LLC.

I built this company from a driver’s point of view because drivers are not truck numbers. We have different goals, preferred lanes, schedules, and comfort levels. A good dispatcher understands the load, but a great dispatcher understands the driver carrying it.

Now I’m taking everything I learned inside my truck and teaching others how to step into this industry with knowledge, confidence, and a real plan.

I went from learning in my truck to building my company. Now it’s your turn.
